2. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs, and will refund any payment taken.
• Please check your order details before completing checkout.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store card details.
• We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If we find an error we'll contact you before dispatch.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timescales are estimates and begin once your order is dispatched.
• Tracking is provided on every order where available.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and Cancellations

• For distance sales you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and checked.
• Made-to-order or personalised items are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right.
• Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are unaffected.

• We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your misuse of a product.
