Every order can be tracked from your account or via our Track Your Order page. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with your tracking number included.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and can vary at peak periods.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to over 200 countries around the world, with free standard shipping on most orders. An optional faster shipping method may be available at checkout.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You'll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can check the latest status any time on our Track Your Order page.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment"
For some carriers it takes 2–5 business days for tracking to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there's still no information, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Will all my items arrive together?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even when combined shipping is selected. This is normal and your full order will still arrive.
Customs and import fees
We're not responsible for any customs or import fees once an order has shipped. By placing an order you accept that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees on arrival in your country.
