Who We Share Data With
We only share the data necessary to run the store and fulfil your order, with the following providers acting on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and content delivery
- Stripe: secure payment processing (card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number)
- CJ Dropshipping, AliExpress (operated by Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited) and BigBuy: order fulfilment. Depending on the product, we share your name, delivery address and phone number with the relevant fulfilment partner, who dispatches items directly to you
- Resend: sending order confirmation and shipping-update emails
- Google: website analytics (Google Analytics 4)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, where you have consented
- TikTok: advertising measurement via the TikTok Pixel and Events API, where you have consented
We do not sell your data to third parties.
International Transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the EEA, including our fulfilment partners CJ Dropshipping and AliExpress, which receive your delivery details to dispatch your order. These partners may ship from China or from regional warehouses (including within Europe), but in each case their order platform processes your details on servers outside the EEA. Our EU fulfilment partner, BigBuy, dispatches from within the EEA (Spain), so no international transfer arises for those orders. Other providers (Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, Meta) may also process data outside the EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, in compliance with the GDPR.
How Long We Keep Data
- Enquiries: Up to 24 months, then deleted
- Sales records: 6 years as required by tax law
- Analytics data: Up to 14 months (configurable in GA4)
- Cookie consent: 13 months from date of consent
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data
- Restriction: limit how we use your data
- Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests

Complaints
